Development at Work Australia is there for you

“My vision is to help create good leaders – so they can, in turn, create great signature employee experiences.” Bridget Hogg, Development at Work Australia.

My motto is – “we must find a way – or make one” – in fact I even wrote a book about it for People and Culture and Business Leaders. It’s called “Find a Way or Make One to Attract and Retain Talent. (All the hard copies sold out but you can order the book on Amazon and Kindle).

I’m keen to support your vision – call me, let’s make a plan! Bridget 0477 016 966.

Why I created Development at Work Australia

Since 2002 I have worked as a HR Consultant in Adelaide, primarily with large corporations; initiating and running projects with great clients; and developing my strategic awareness (thanks Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program!).

Working for myself was a great way to get a good boss! I have a deep passion for improving leadership in South Australia – to create happy workplaces. I developed a vision for improving South Australia’s ability to attract and retain talent – by having great leaders. I wanted to create positive progress. I wanted to help individuals feel a sense of wellbeing and satisfaction at work, I wanted teams to blossom under respected leaders and I wanted to help organisations thrive.

Development at Work Australia was founded in Adelaide in 2002 and it’s gone from strength to strength as we help organisations evolve, supporting them through the entire employee lifecycle from attraction and selection through to exit interviews and career transition.  My background is in assisting medium to large organisations in the areas of change management, organisation development, wellbeing and stress management, career development, personal development planning, training facilitation, outplacement, exit interviews and development centres. I am keen to work with even more organisations in and around Adelaide.
