Advantage is based on the multi award winning Next Steps Program and uses the same positive psychology techniques – run by the same facilitator, Bridget Hogg of Development at Work Australia. Bridget is the author of “Find a Way, or Make One, to Work You Want.’ . Participants on Next Steps achieved very highly statistically significant improvements on all 8 measures of success including mental health and wellbeing, finding work they wanted, improved connections and job search skills.

Advantage can include

  •  Consultation. Bridget meets with youat your premises for us to work through your needs, job seeker outcome goals, and staff wellbeing goals. Together we devise a plan that includes the Advantage options you need.
  •  Events. Your Advantage Package will include events for your staff and/or for your job seekers. Workshops can focus on building resilience & wellbeing; improving staff retention; or improving career engagement & job search techniques – or a combination. We will facilitate workshops, provide workbooks and materials, you choose who to invite.
